Kandi works with Rebecca, a disabled Veteran with a traumatic brain injury. Rebecca has balance and cognitive issues and Kandi has researched ways to tailor her yoga session to the unique needs of Rebecca to help her with her balance. Kandi’s caring kindness is deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Ebb and Flow Yoga Life.

I always have a wonderful time at an Ebb and Flow Yoga Life class. Kandi provides option for the novice as well as the more advanced participant. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Kandi married my husband and I in November 2018. We were beyond grateful that she was willing and able to officiate our ceremony. Not only did she help me the months leading up to the big day going over different pieces of literature and creating the perfect ceremony that reflected my husband and I’s relationship, but her energy was so positive and joyful that it flowed into us and to our guest. It was one of the most special moments of my entire life and I am so happy Kandi was apart of it!

Kandi at Ebb & Flow Yoga Life is a wonderful instructor. She is always so calming and is willing to meet me where I am at in my practice. I feel better after every session!

Kandi came to my home and gave my husband and I some yoga lessons. At the time I had a shoulder impingement from weightlifting. Kandi was able to show me some gentle yoga poses that helped to stretch the affected muscles. She came to our home for several months until we understood how to do the poses ourselves. Each time she came over I learned a little more and I always felt amazing after my yoga session. Kandi is a wonderful yoga instructor, a great neighbor and an awesome friend!

Kandi’s yoga class is not only good for the body, but it is also good for the soul. She reminds me that I can go at my own pace and that my practice may look different than someone else’s and that is okay. Her class has revealed some things to me about myself that I have never realized and it has also helped me to love myself even more. I highly recommend trying out one of her classes. You won’t regret it.

Kandi is truly gifted in her practice and in the natural warm energy she exudes. I had the privilege of attending a weekend yoga retreat she hosted, and the entire experience was superb. Kandi and her team thought of every detail, from our exceptional accommodations to the spiritual/emotional thought provoking program.

I always look forward to Kandi’s classes because she helps me relax and sync up the mind with the body. She adds to my practice by sharing a mindful excerpt for me to consider during meditation. That is my favorite part! I too, attended one of her yoga retreats and was initially nervous that it might be awkward since I didn’t know everyone. However, that was not the case at all! Not only was the retreat amazing, but the attendees were, too! Everyone was warm and inviting. I tend to be an anxious person (hence the need for yoga) but felt very comfortable and safe in the group setting. I was able to open up with myself and others. I will definitely be returning to her retreat next year!

I met Kandi when attending Yoga for Recovery. We became fast friends. She is soft spoken and BIG hearted. The gratitude she has for life spreads into every realm of yoga practice. Love her as a person and an instructor!

I wish I could explain what is like to see my little whirling dervish laying peacefully and quietly. Or hearing her ask halfway through the practice, when will she get to lay down and relax again! She finds peace in every session…and so do I.”
